Nobel Fire Systems has fitted its condensed aerosol Stat-X fire suppression equipment to three robotic cells housing high powered lasers at the University of Manchester’s Dalton Nuclear Institute.

This massive investment at Bankside sub-station run by EDF Energy was deemed necessary because of the population growth in the South East of the country and the resultant increase in business productivity – most of which relies heavily on IT systems that need a 24 hour uninterrupted power supply.

Saint Gobain Glass UK operates a float glass manufacturing plant in Eggborough, near Selby, North Yorkshire. The 650-tonne-per-day process plant is strategically located to manufacture and supply the UK and Ireland with clear float glass, SGG PLANILUX, of the highest quality.

Nobel Fire Systems has installed numerous high pressure water mist systems across Barclaycards sites in the UK. The systems are installed to protect various areas of the buildings, from back-up generator rooms to sub-stations.
