Varied menus from lite breakfast to four course dinners can be tailored to meet individual needs.

To facilitate this service, the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry has a dedicated kitchen where catering staff prepare fresh meals and snacks for its members.

Mindful of the fact that in the highly combustible environment of a commercial kitchen, the safety of members and staff is of paramount importance, the LCCI has ensured that all unnecessary risk has been eliminated by installing Nobel Fire Systems ‘K-Series fire suppression units in all critical parts of the kitchen equipment on the recommendation of Allianz Insurance. Naturally enough, LCCI worked to demanding budgets across the entire project and Nobel Fire Systems were able to satisfy these demands by fitting the UK’s premier wet chemicals kitchen fire suppression system. The Nobel K-Series has provided LCCI with full protection to all of its kitchen cooking appliances, extract canopy and duct work. Another important factor was the speed and efficiency with which Nobel was able to install the system and with minimum disruption.
